Kheir Lawyers is currently seeking a motivated Junior Personal Injury Lawyer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of litigation matters, collaborating closely with senior lawyers, partners and counsel.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters including worker’s compensation, motor vehicle accident claims and medical negligence.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide advice to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognised institution.
- Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
- Demonstrated experience in litigation, with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines.

Kheir Lawyers has several positions vacant for Paralegals and Law Clerks.

You will be working and assisting our experienced solicitors by:

  • Being actively involved in all aspects of litigation, from preparing briefs, interlocutory applications, preparation of legal documents, conferences and drafting letters.
  • communicating with stake holders, arranging medico-legal appointments and hearings.
  • Involvement in collating of evidence and assessing claims, including liability and quantum.
  • Some experience as a paralegal or law clerk in personal injury is preferred but not essential

  2. Passionate and interested in gaining experience in a law firm and a willingness to learn
  3. Attention to detail
  4. The ability to multitask
  5. The ability to work efficiently in a supportive environment and work as part of a team
  6. Follow instructions and procedures

 

Part-time and full-time positions available.
